We offer concession tickets for:
- Over 65

- Students
- Under 16s
- Families
- Unwaged
Proof of eligibility may be required.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Visiting company imagery and photographs are reproduced with permission. All photographs associated with our own individual projects and productions are commissioned by the Ayr Gaiety Partnership and therefore reproduced with permission.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a show is cancelled – you will receive an option via email of either a credit or full refund and this will be provided within 5 working days of your response to the show cancellation announcement.
If a show is postponed – tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. If this is unsuitable for any reason, a request can be made for a full refund/credit to your Gaiety ticketing account, which will be processed within 10 working days.
TICKETS – CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded* – if you feel you have made an error when booking, please contact the Box Office as soon as possible. *If a show is sold out and has a waiting list, it may be possible to re-sell your ticket and a £2 admin fee applies per ticket.
- We must be provided with contact details when you book in order to contact you should any performance details change.
- For safety, all patrons attending a show within the Main Auditorium must purchase a ticket including infants and children. Babes in Arms (18 months and under) can attend for free but still require a seat – please advise the Box Office when booking under this policy. NB This policy does not apply to performances specifically targetted at infants and young children.
- Prices may change from those published.
- If you have special access requirements please advise when booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission.
- We reserve the right to alter or amend the programme of performances, classes and events as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
- Latecomers may be admitted to events/performances if/when there is a suitable break
- As part of our commitment to making theatre accessible, please see Concession Tickets section above. If you are entitled to a concession, proof of eligibility may be required when collecting your tickets.
- A £2 transaction fee is applied to online ticket sales. This covers all administration costs associated for handling including credit card processing fees.
- All ticket prices include a £3 restoration levy.
- All credit and debit card payments are processed through a secure payment site provided by Adyen.
