In 2022, the Ayr Fort Players piloted ‘Doormatters’, an evening of eight specially commissioned monologues, each offering a peek behind the front door of a house on an unnamed local street. Three years later, the company invites you back – but this time they’re transporting you through the decades, with a new sequence of monologues taking us from the 1950s to the present day. Gossip!
