Hold Out Your Hand asks questions about place, where we are now and the moment we are living through. It’s about a group of people who want to come together and talk about how weird it’s been being us for the past 18 months and how we can make a future.
Performed by the Ayr Gaiety Young Company (Ensemble) and directed by Eoin McKenzie and Alia Ghafar. The script was written by Chris Thorpe as part of Wonder Fools Positive Stories for Negative Times, an international participatory project.
Hold Out Your Hand also formed part of our Made In Ayr digital theatre festival (30 Aug – 5 Sep 2021).
