Young Start Project – Ayr North
The Gaiety’s 3-year-long Young Start Ayr North project will run from 2025-2028, supported by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Throughout Year 1 (school year 2025/26), project facilitators Florence Logan and Heather Watters led a series of weekly after-school drama workshops and holiday clubs for all primary age groups at the school. This included the collaborative development with P4-P6 learners who attended the Senior Drama Club of an educational resource pack for schools, and a series of supporting videos explaining the work carried out.
