The Gaiety Youth Theatre is an opportunity for young people aged between 12 and 16 to come together and develop skills in theatre – acting, singing, dancing, writing and making your own plays.
You can expect an explosion of creative writing, improv and ensemble work topped up with lots of fun, silliness and creativity for everyone involved!
Our workshops are running in-person at The Gaiety Theatre, ever adapting to the challenging situation brought about by Covid 19. We follow government guidelines each week and have incredible digital resources that we can call upon when needed to make sure that creativity continues to be accessible for young people in Ayrshire.
Discover different aspects of the theatre industry in this sociable environment. Open to complete beginners and those with some experience. Youth Theatre takes place on a Tuesday evening from 6-8pm normally in The Gaiety Studio.
